Chiral Sulfoxide Ligands In Transition Metal-Cata

报告内容简介:

The use of chiral sulfoxide ligands in transition metal catalyzed asymmetric reactions attract more and more attention. Up to date, the biggest challenge of chiral sulfoxide ligands was the reaction scope, which was limited mainly in Pd-catalyzed AAA reaction and Rh-catalyzed conjugate addition of arylboronic reagent to electron-deficient double bonds. During the past decade, we focused on the design of chiral ligands based on tert-butylsulfinyl moiety and these ligands demonstrated encouraged results in transition-metal-catalyzed asymmetric reactions. Among these ligands, sulfoxide-phosphine (SOP) is a class of important ligands which were successfully applied in Rh- and Pd-catalyzed asymmetric reactions. Recently, a new type of Cu-Catalyzed asymmetric reaction using SOP as ligands was developed in our laboratory.

报告人科研成果:

2006年2月回国,在中科院成都有机所开始独立科研工作,任不对称合成与手性技术四川省重点实验室副主任,所学位评定委员会委员。2008年入选中国科学院“西部之光”人才计划,2009年入选四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。2010年9月调入中科院成都生物所任研究员。2012年入选四川省百人计划。2014年任天然药物与临床转化实验室主任。现从事手性亚砜配体设计、发展新不对称催化方法以及天然产物合成研究。在国际核心学术刊物(包括J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Org. Lett., Chem. Eur. J.等)上发表学术论文20余篇。
